NEWBORN SESSION Packages & INFO

If you are on this page, you are probably wondering about whether to do a newborn session or not.  As a mother of two beautiful children, I can tell you, it's a resounding yes! The quote about 'time is a thief' cannot be any truer, my children just keep on changing and I have no idea where the time has gone. But one thing I love doing is looking back at their newborn photos and the memories of when they were so tiny, come flooding back. We can't get those moments back but at least we have photos to help us remember how they were.
Newborn sessions don't just have to be about your baby. You and your family are more than welcome to be included in the session. Your child will just love these when they are a bit older.
You will be posed in a way that makes you look gorgeous even though you've just given birth a week or two ago and feeling sleep deprived. After more than 7 years in the industry, I know exactly how to pose mums and dads so that they look stunning. You are more than welcome to wear one of our large range of dresses at the session. They suit all shapes and sizes and look gorgeous on a postpartum mum.

Also, if you are going to do newborn photos, make sure it's with someone that takes unique photos that you LOVE! The last thing you want to do is have a newborn session and receive photos that are ok but you just don't love them. You should want to be proud to hang them in your house and share them with friends. Before choosing your photographer, have a look at their portfolio. We personally love providing photos to clients that they not only love, but go well over their expectations.

In case you are not aware, we have everything that you need for your newborn session, right here in our cozy Sunbury (Melbourne) studio. On last count we have over 300 newborn bonnets, which are hand knitted by us along with our wraps and floral halos.

We just love creating more variety for our littlest clients.

Newborn Safety

We cannot stress enough the importance of your newborn photographer having an experienced assistant to act as a spotter for your baby. Babies have a startle reflex so someone is always supporting or with their hand very close to ensure your baby’s safety. This is why we only ever do sessions where both Emma and Antonio are present.
Our studio and props are sanitized after every session to ensure your baby is in a safe environment. Both Emma and Tony are vigilant with their vaccinations and are currently up to date, including the covid-19 double vaccination
We ask you that you contact us if someone that is attending the studio is feeling unwell or with flu/cold symptoms and we’ll be happy to reschedule the session.

Payment

A deposit for $100 is required to secure your booking and the remaining amount is due prior or on the day of the session. You can either pay cash on the day or bank transfer. We start the post-processing and image enhancing once full payment has been received.
